Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your FORM goggles, charging cable, and carrying case in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
